Stewed Cranberry-Ginger-Lemon Juice

Super easy, full of anti-oxidants and other good stuff :) Put all the below in a pot, boil until cranberries crack open and cook thoroughly, let it rest a bit, strain, then enjoy hot or cold! :) If you like eating cooked berries, you can leave some in as garnish :)

100g of peeled, cube-cut fresh ginger (about a cup full when cut)
350g of cranberries, washed (about 2 cups)
half of a lemon, cut in slices
1 cup of natural brown sugar
3-4 cloves
enough water to fill your pot!
