Chickpea Heaven

This is pure awesomeness!

Here's what you need:
2 cans of cooked chickpeas, drain
3-4 large kale leaves, take the core away and cut in large pieces
1 onion
3 tablespoons of olive oil
seasalt, black pepper, Hungarian red pepper, chili powder, curry, cumin, red pepper and any other spices you can think of :)

Onion and oil cook in a pan while you mix your spices and chickpeas in a bowl. Add the chickpeas, cook a bit until they start to get crunchy. Then shut down the stove, add the kale and close the pan with a lid. Let it sit for 5 minutes and enjoy a delicious side or main dish :)
