Here's what you need:
1 package of whole wheat pasta
1 can of chickpeas
1 large can of San Marzano organic tomatoes
5-6 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 cup of heavy cream (or use fat-free or low-fat sour cream)
4 tablespoons of red pepper paste (if you don't have it use tomato paste)
1.5 cups of feta cheese crumbles
black pepper, red pepper, crushed red pepper, mint, coriander, salt
Cook the onions with chickpeas, when done add San Marzano tomatoes, cut them into pieces with your spoons. Then add the rest, let the moisture evaporate in the heat. The last bit is adding your pasta to the sauce, make sure the pasta is a little al dente since the sauce is saucy and will continue to cook it.
