Healthiest Cookies Ever
Yes, they are! These cookies are gluten-free, sugar or sugar-substitute-free, flourless and vegan. And they taste good :)
You need:
- 6 very ripe and sweet bananas, peel & mash
- 1 cup of goji berries (or any other dried fruit you like, goji berries get moist and super sweet and yummy, cranberries would also work)
- 4 spoons of coconut butter
- 4 cups of oats
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- anything else you feel is right to add
Mix it all and lay on cooking sheet. Cook 15-20 minutes to dehydrate a bit and enjoy! (They are just as yummy without baking too)
P. S. You can substitute coconut butter with peanut butter and add some coconut flakes. Also yummy!
