Corn Pasta Salad

This awesome salad is gluten-free, vegan and has low FODMAPs. 

You need:
1 package of corn pasta (I love the one from Trader Joe's), cooked drained
2 red peppers
Half a cup of cut chives
1 cup of cornichon pickles (also Trader Joe's)
1.5 cups of cherry tomatoes
4 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

Cut the ingredients (except chives) to your taste and mix with cooled pasta. Add the balsamic and olive oil. Chives go last to decorate.
