Vegan No-Cook Dessert Balls

1.5 cup of cranberries (soak 30 minutes in water then drain)
1.5 cups of dried grapes (soak 30 minutes in water then drain)
1 tea spoon of vanilla
1 cup of ground walnuts
1/2 cups of flaked unsweetened coconut
4 tablespoons of cacao powder (use less if yours is more bitter)
3 tablespoons of coconut oil (melted and cooled)
1 cup of shredded unsweetened coconut

Mix the cranberries and dried grapes in a blender, leave lumpy. 
Mix all in a large bowl (except shredded coconut) and turn into small balls, place shredded coconut in a plate and roll your balls in the plate to cover them in coconut. 

Refrigerate to keep them longer. They won't last long!
