Vegan Coconut Date Balls

2 cups of dates, soaked overnight, drained, blended in a blender with a cup of water
2 cups of coconut flour
1 cup of coconut butter
1 cup of unsalted roasted almonds, cut to small pieces
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of vanilla
3 tablespoons of cacao (and some for coating)
Unsweetened coconut flakes

Mix all ingredients. Make balls. Roll in coconut flakes or cacao. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
