Sweet Potato Brownies

2 cups of cooked sweet potato fries (steamed or roasted)
1/2 cup of almond flour
1/2 cup of coconut flour
10 tablespoons of maple syrup or honey
2 teaspoons of salt
3 tablespoons of hemp protein
4 tablespoons of cacao powder
4 tablespoons of melted coconut butter

Mix all. Press into a baking sheet lined square pyrex. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes and enjoy!
