Zuchini Salad

6 large zuchinis
1 cup of basil
1 cup of cilantro
1 cup of dill
The juice of 2 lemons
4 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil
Salt and black pepper

Pass the zuchinis through a spiralizer either as noodles or thin slices. Put everything else in a high speed blender and mix thoroughly. Pour on top of the zuchinis, mix and enjoy. If preparing ahead, save the salt and spread it on before you serve.
