Pesto Zucchini Salad



3 Zucchinis spiralized (I use the Angel Hair setting in this one)
2 cups of basil
4 cloves of garlic
The juice of 2 lemons
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 cup of hazelnuts, lightly roasted on stovetop and made into a coarse mixture in the food processor just by themselves.
Salt and pepper

Blend the basil, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper to the food processor (I used Vitamix).
Mix in the pulverized hazelnuts.
Add the mixture to spiralized zucchinis (hint: cut the spiralized zucchinis into pieces before adding the dressing for easier serving and eating)
