Baked oat brownies

2 tablespoons of oat flour
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla bean powder
1 tablespoon of cacao powder
5 tablespoons of almond milk
1 tablespoon of chocolate chips
3 tablespoons of maple syrup
1 cup sized pyrex containers (don’t use the lids)
Mini pinch of salt

Mix all. Bake in preheated 350 F oven for 15-20 minutes. This tastes like an amazing soufflé!
Enjoy!

Tip: hide a small block of chocolate in the batter for a gooey chocolate surprise. Sprinkle the chocolate chips on top to see them melted. Replace some cacao with oat flour for a milk chocolate taste.

You can make a bigger batch and decorate with pieces of orange dark chocolate, strawberries or raspberries. May take 25-30 mins to bake. Yum!
