Okra Dish (Zeytinyagli Bamya)




1 onion diced,
1 lb okras, the top part cut 
1 can of tomato sauce
1 can of tomato paste,
1 can of diced tomatoes 
1/2 cups of hot water
5 cloves of garlic, minced
3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil 
Salt, black pepper 

Saute the onions. Add everything else and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and let it cook and simmer in very low heat for 30 minutes.
