Tuna Salad



6 cans of Safe Catch tuna, drained
1 large red onion or 2 shallots, diced
5 celery stalks, diced
1 teaspoon Himalayan salt 
1 cup of mayonnaise 
2 tablespoons of dijon mustard 
Juice of 1 lemon
Black pepper 

Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper. Add everything else and mix. Keep refrigerated and add to salads, sandwiches, or tacos.
