Blondie (recipe by Eda)





20 dates, pitted
1/2 cup coconut oil
Pulse the two together in a blender

1 cup almond butter
2 cups coconut flour
1 teaspoon himalayan salt
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup coconut granola (from Trader Joes)

Mix all. Press into a baking sheet lined square pyrex. Refrigerate for 1 hour. 

1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup almond milk

Melt the chocolate with the milk. Pour over the blondie. Refrigerate again for 1 hour.
