Carob Balls or Brownies



4 tablespoons carob powder
2 tablespoons cacao powder 
4 tablespoons almond meal or flour
9 pitted dates
A pinch of Himalayan salt

Blend all in a strong kitchen blender by pulsing. 
Then pour into a bowl and add

1/2 cup almond butter
3 tablespoons melted coconut butter

Knead all by hand. Add 2 or more tablespoons of almond meal if needed. Form into balls. Refrigerate.
 
If you don't add more almond meal (just the initial 4) you can also press it into a paper lined square pyrex and make a raw brownie. Decorate with shredded coconut. Refrigerate before eating.
