Orzo Salad

Simple and pretty, here is what you need:

1 cup of red cabbage
1 green pepper
5-6 scallions
half a cup of green olives
half a cup of black olives
half a cup of corn
2 cups of orzo, cooked like pasta, drained and cooled down
1 cup of cilantro
black pepper
3 tablespoons of rice vinegar (or lemon juice or any vinegar that you like)
3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

mix up everything, serve cold and enjoy :)
