Coconut Chocolate Brownies
When there isn't any nutella/chocolate/sweets left in the house, I say make your own :)
I admit that these were a challenge to cut properly out of the pan BUT they taste SO GOOD that you won't mind what they look like :)
Heat your oven to 350 Fahrenheit, oil your baking pan. To begin, you'll need:
Mix these in a bowl with your hand blender, then add:
Mix these well, then add (these last few ones will be mixed in with a spoon):
Pour your cake mix to the pan and bake for 40-50 minutes (test with a toothpick).
Enjoy!

Heat your oven to 350 Fahrenheit, oil your baking pan. To begin, you'll need:
- 4 eggs
- 1.5 cups of sugar
Mix these in a bowl with your hand blender, then add:
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 2 tablespoons of yogurt (any kind would do, I used peach)
- 0.5 cups of unrefined coconut oil (use any veggie oil if you don't have this but you'll miss out on the great flavor!)
- 1 cup of half brown-half regular flour
- 4 tablespoons of cacao (I like my cakes dark, use less if you are milk chocolate person)
Mix these well, then add (these last few ones will be mixed in with a spoon):
- 1 cup of oats
- 1 cup of coconut flakes
- 0.5 cups of bittersweet chocolate chips
Pour your cake mix to the pan and bake for 40-50 minutes (test with a toothpick).
Enjoy!
