Easy Macaroon
Vegan, gluten, dairy, nut free
2 cups of organic unsweetened shredded coconut
4 tablespoons of organic cacao powder
7 tablespoons of organic maple syrup
5 tablespoons of melted organic coconut butter
1 teaspoon of seasalt
Mix and fill mini cupcake holders. Refrigerate for 20 mins and enjoy (or eat it all out of the bowl :) )
