Vegan Chocolate Pudding

1 butternut squash (roasted)
1 cup of maple syrup
1 cup cashew butter
3 tablespoons of melted coconut butter
3 tablespoons of cacao
Shredded coconut

Blend the squash and maple syrup in a mixer. Add the rest and mix with a potato masher. Pour into 4 oz. jars, garnish with shredded coconut, chill and enjoy :) Makes 8 perfect sized servings.
