Magnificent Cake (Magnicifent Cake)

3 eggs
3 tablespoons of melted coconut oil
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/3 cup strawberry jam or jelly
the zest of one lemon
1 cup gluten-free flour (Trader Joes brand)
1 tablespoon of gluten-free oat flour
1/2 tablespoons of baking powder
3 tablespoons of carob powder (or cacao powder)
1 cup of coconut sugar
1/2 cup of dried raspberries (optional)
1/2 cups of haribo bears (optional secret ingredient)

Mix the wet ingredients, add the dry ones except gummy bears, put raspberries last. Get a cake pan, spray with oil and lightly dust with flour. Then place your gummies in the tray, pour your cake over them.
