Tahini Helva
1 jar of Trader Joe's organic tahini (10oz or 300g)
1 cup of maple syrup (5 tablespoons)
3 tablespoons of coconut flour
Mix all, pour in a plastic container so that the mixture is about 1 inch deep. Place in the freezer for an hour or until solid, cut into small square or rectangular pieces to eat as dessert after a meal and enjoy :)
- Keep the portions small as this is a very filling dessert.
- To make it even more amazing you can squeeze a little bit of lemon juice on top or drizzle with some chocolate sauce (cacao powder, coconut oil, tahini, maple syrup) before serving.
- You can also add a tablespoon of cacao powder for a different and yummy version.
