Gluten-Free Donuts



3 eggs
2/3 cup coconut milk
3 tablespoons of coconut oil
1 cup coconut sugar
1 cup coconut flour
1 cup gluten-free flour (Trader Joe's)
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
The zest of 1 lemon
Silicone donut trays
Coconut spray
sprinkles

For the glaze
the juice of 1 lemon
1.5 cups of powdered sugar
OR any kind of melted chocolate you like

Mix the wet and the dry ingredients, spray your donut trays, spread the mixture into individual donut shapes. Bake in a pre-heated oven (350) for about 20-30 minutes.

Let the donuts cool down, glaze them with lemon or chocolate and cover them with lots of sprinkles.
