Peanut No-Bake Cookie Treat
2/3 cups of maple syrup
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1/2 cups of oat flour
1 cup of coconut flour
1/2 cups of chocolate chips
For the second layer
1/2 cups of chocolate chips
1 tablespoon of tahini or peanut butter
Mix all and press into a square pan. Pour over and layer the chocolate sauce (melted over low heat).
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours, cut into squares and enjoy!
