Glass Noodles With Peanut Sauce




Two bunches of sweet potato noodles (I used Assi Japchae Noodles)
1/2 cups of peanut butter
1/2 cups of water
The juice of 1.5 lemons
5 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tablespoon of maple syrup
1 teaspoon salt

Cook the noodles in salted, slightly oiled boiled water. 
In a blender mix the sauce ingredients. Throw the noodles hot when cooked and mix with the sauce. 
The noodles will turn yummy and translucent when cooked.
