Green Pea Stew




1 onion
1 cup carrots, chopped 
2 cups of potatoes, peeled and chopped in cubes
1 lb frozen peas
1 can of diced tomatoes 
1 can of tomato sauce
1.5 cups of water
5 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt
Red pepper 
Black pepper 

Sauté the onions and carrots in olive oil. Add everything else and cook in low heat for 20-30 minutes. Stir occasionally.
