Oatmeal with Grapeleaves



2 cups of oats
1 can of diced tomatoes 
1 onion, diced
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of dried mint
2.5 cups of boiled water
1.5 cups of pickled grape leaves (like this one)
Salt
Black pepper 
Red pepper 


SautĂ© the onions with olive oil and salt. Add everything else and cook in low heat stirring occasionally until the oats are cooked. Soooo yummy! You’ll love it if you love Mediterranean stuffed grapeleaves. Same taste, much less work!
