Gluten-free Almond Chocolate Chip Cookies




2 cups of almond flour or almond meal
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt 
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla bean powder 
1/3 cups of chocolate chips
4 tablespoons of maple syrup
3 tablespoons of melted coconut oil
2 tablespoons of almond milk

Mix all. Form into small cookie shapes. Bake in 350 F pre-heated over for 15-20 minutes.
