Chocolate Chia Pudding (large container)
1/2 cups of chia seeds
1/2 cups of oats
1/2 cups of cacao powder (use less if you don’t like dark chocolate)
1/4 cups of mini chocolate chips
1/2 cups of maple syrup
1/2 cups of shredded coconut
1/2 tablespoon of cinnamon
3 cups of plant milk (almond milk is yummy)
Zest of 1 orange
Tiny pinch of himalayan sea salt (optional)
Place all in a large glass container. Mix it all with a whisk. Close the lid and refrigerate. Mix it up again in 30 minutes and let it sit another hour. Serve in a small bowl or teacup with added shredded coconut as garnish.
