Tahini Sauce

2 tablespoons of tahina (more fluid tahini)
2 tablespoons of boiling water
The juice of 1 lemon
1/2 tablespoons of salt
5 cloves of garlic, minced

Place all in a bowl and mix with a hand blender. Goes great on steamed veggies (like cauliflower or potatoes) or salad, or as a dipping sauce.
