Vanilla Orange Chia Pudding

1/2 cups of chia seeds
1/2 cups of oats
1/4 cups of goji berries
1/2 cups of maple syrup
1/4 cups of shredded coconut 
1 teaspoon of vanilla bean powder
3 cups of plant milk (almond milk is yummy)
Zest of 1 orange

Place all in a large glass container. Mix it all with a spoon. Close the lid and refrigerate. Mix it up again in 30 minutes and let it sit another hour. Serve in a small bowl or teacup with added shredded coconut as garnish.
