Mung Bean Pancakes
1 cup of mung bean, in water overnight, rinse and leave some water in (only enough to barely cover it)
4 cloves of garlic
Salt, red pepper, black pepper
1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil
Avocado oil
Pour a little bit avocado oil on a nonstick pan. Place everything else in a food processor and blend. Heat your pan and cook like pancakes.
