Fennel potato red lentil soup



1 fennel, cubed
5 potatoes, cubed
1 onion, cubed
5 cloves of garlic
1.5 cups of red lentils 
3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil 
Cumin
Salt
Black pepper 
Red pepper 
1/2 cup of fresh dill (frozen would also work)

Fill the pot with everything except the dill and a lot of water. Boil in medium heat. When all veggies are cooked add the dill and smooth it with a hand blender.
