Simple Kale Salad
A bunch of kale, washed, stemmed, cut into small pieces
The juice of two lemons
5 garlic cloves, pressed
4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
Himalayan sea salt
Mix it all and squeeze the kale with your hands.
You can eat it like this (yummy!) or add shredded red cabbage, nuts, corn or anything else you might like.
