Easy bake oat cake
4 bananas mashed
1/2 cup of melted coconut butter
1 cup of almond milk
2 cups of oats
1 tablespoon of pumpkin spice mix (Trader Joes)
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of cardamom
Mix it all and place in a baking paper layered tray. Bake in 350F for 20 minutes.
When cooled, melt 1 cup of chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons of almond milk, and pour over your cake. Cut in squares to serve. Stays in the refrigerator for a week.
