Creamy Bean Soup

2 cans of great northern beans 

4 cloves of garlic

1 onion

Half of a fennel

Chicken stock

2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

Salt

1 tablespoon of 10 spice mix by oh she glows (recipe here: https://ohsheglows.com/10-spice-mix-gift-jars-printable-10-spice-veggie-soup-recipe/)

Bring the roughly chopped fennel, onion, and chicken stock to boil. Add salt and olive oil. 

Open and drain one can into a high speed mixer together with the garlic and a few scoops of boiling stock. Blend and add into the soup. Blend it all with a hand blender. Add the second drained can of beans as whole and add the 10 spice mix. Soo yummy!
