Easy Pickled Red Onions





4 red onions, sliced in thin long pieces (a kitchen blender does this perfectly)
1.5 cup of apple cider vinegar 
2 cups boiled water with 1 teaspoon of himalayan salt 
4 garlic cloves, diced or minced
1 tablespoon of maple syrup 

Mix all in a glass container. Store overnight in the fridge. Ready to eat in 8-10 hours.
