Date Love Smoothie




2 bananas 
2 cups of almond milk
2 tablespoons of cacao powder
1 tablespoon or hemp powder
6 dates, pitted and soaked overnight (1 cup of water) plus the water they were soaked in
4 tablespoons of almond butter 

Mix all in a speed blender. Makes enough for 3 people. 
Soo yummy! Enjoy!

* inspired by Mandy’s (Montreal, CA) Date Me Smoothie. They also add 2-3 shots of espresso which I skip but you can try.
