Almond Cookies with Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chips




The pulp of almonds from almond milk making (remainder of 2 cups of soaked almonds) 
1/2 cup peanut butter (also works great with almond butter ✨)
Pinch of himalayan salt
1/2 cup oat flour
1/2 cup of maple syrup
1/2 cup of mini chocolate chips

Mix all. With an ice cream scoop place onto the tray. Press down to make the cookie shape. Bake in 350 oven for 15-20 minutes.
