Easy breakfast/lunch
One onion and one green pepper chopped and into the pan with two spoonfuls of olive oil.
Pinch of salt and cumin on top. Let them simmer for 3 minutes, then add a can of organic cooked black beans. Then, enjoy the yumminess :)
