Chocolate Pie


For the base:
2 cups of roasted hazelnuts - buy roasted or place in 400 F for 10-15 minutes, blend in your blender and leave a bit coarse
21 pitted dates
2.5 tablespoons of coconut butter (blend with the dates in the blender)
1 teaspoon of vanilla powder or extract

Optional: 3 tablespoons of hemp protein powder and 4 tablespoons of maple syrup

Mix all and press into a baking sheet lined pie pan

For the filling:
10 tablespoons of cacao powder
6 tablespoons of coconut butter
2 teaspoons of vanilla powder or extract
4 tablespoons of peanut butter
20 tablespoons of maple syrup

Mix all in a pan in low heat. Pour on the base when all are combined. Let it set for an hour or two and enjoy! No need to refrigerate. Decorate with fruits or sprinkles :)
