Gluten Free Savory Buns


3 eggs
1/2 cup of fat free greek yogurt
2 table spoons of water
3/4 cups of gluten free oat flour
1/2 cups of gluten free flour blend from Trader Joes
1/2 cups of coconut flour
3 table spoons of olive oil
1 tea spoon of baking powder
salt
sesame seeds and kalamata olives (optional)


Mix all, place a baking paper on a tray, form cookie size pieces on the tray.
Decorate with sesame seeds or pitted kalamata olives.
Bake in 400 F oven for 20 minutes.
You can have them as a savory snack or bread alternative.
