Healthy Coleslaw
Half a red cabbage, cut in small pieces
Half a green cabbage, cut in small pieces
5 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup of apple vinegar
Half a cup of extra virgin olive oil
Salt
Oregano
Mix everything. Massage and press the cabbage for a few minutes. Refrigerate and enjoy!
