Green Goddess Red Cabbage Salad




Half a red cabbage, chopped in small pieces
The juice of 1 lemon
5 cloves of garlic
3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil 
1 cup of cilantro, parsley or spinach (or any other greens you like)
1/2 cups of walnuts (you could add them raw or lightly toasted for more flavor)
1/2 tablespoon sea salt

Blend everything except the cabbage in a high speed blender. Mix with the cabbage. The sauce also works great with other crunchy salad veggies like cucumbers or celery.
