Roasted Sweet Potatoes

6-7 sweet potatoes, washed and diced (leave as much skin on as you are comfortable)

Salt

Cumin

Red pepper 

Extra virgin olive oil 

All go in a sheet pan in a 400 Fahrenheit preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked and crispy. So yummy!
