1st day :)

I'm in a yoga geek's (mine) heaven. I felt like jumping up and down all day and yes I enjoyed talking about mountain pose (or in everyday words, just standing still pose) for two hours :). It was a great day and I know it will be even better in the next days/weeks. Yeiy! :) More to come on how it goes soon. Now I need to do my readings, hihow! :)
