Krispy Kale :)

1 bunch of kale (kara lahana in Turkish)
salt
black pepper
2-3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

Take the cores away and tear kale into large pieces.
Lay them on a tray, adding salt, pepper and oil on top. Mix it well.
Goes into 350 oven for 15 minutes.

Yum-yum-yum!
Also very yummy with tons of minced garlic on top :)
