Fall Soup


1 onion
2 cups of cut celery
2 cups of cut leeks
2 cups of cut carrots
1.5 cups of barley
1.5 cups of red lentil
Salt
Water
2 tablespoons of olive oil

Put everything in a large pot with lots of water, cook first in high, then in low heat (once it boils) until everything is cooked. Smells and tastes heavenly. So good for reducing your vata this season!
