Hummus
1 can of organic chickpeas (about 400g)
The juice of 1 lemon
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of organic tahini
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of salt
Blend in your kitchen blender until smooth and enjoy!
