Fennel Soup

So light, so tasty

2 large fennels

2 onions

2 cups of carrots

3 sweet potatoes

Salt

Black pepper

Extra virgin olive oil

Cut everything in chunks, cook in a large pot filled with water, blend with your hand blender when cooked.
