Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies


3 eggs
3 tablespoons of almond milk
4 tablespoons of coconut butter
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup gluten-free oat flour
1/2 cup of coconut sugar
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 cups of gluten-free chocolate chips
Pinch of salt


Mix all except the chocolate chips. Add the chips at the end. Form into little cookies onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in 400F oven for 20 minutes. They get even better after resting in a covered container overnight.
